Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive a Design Brief Form via email. This allows you to provide your project details, brand assets, preferred style, color preferences, reference examples, and any additional instructions before our designers begin.

We recommend providing your business name, project goals, preferred colors, content, logos, images, brand guidelines, and any design references. The more information you provide, the better we can tailor the design to your needs.

After receiving your initial design, you can review it and submit feedback. We'll revise the design according to the number of revisions included with your selected package, ensuring the final result closely matches your expectations.

If you're not satisfied with the initial concept, simply provide detailed feedback. We'll work through the revisions included in your package to refine the design. If additional changes fall outside the original project scope or exceed the included revisions, additional design services may be offered at an extra cost.

Project timelines vary depending on the service and package you choose. Estimated delivery times are listed with each package, and we'll keep you updated throughout the project.

After final approval, you'll receive the file formats included with your package. Depending on your selected service, this may include PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, PSD, or other editable source files.
